The 'Talents philosophy' is based on the belief that independent and highly responsive entrepreneurs are better guides to creating value than recommendations from financial analysts.

We therefore focus on individuals who have significant stakes in the companies that they run, and who we believe can generate value regardless of the economic climate.

By examining entrepreneurs with a long and successful track record in value creation, and understanding the way in which they operate and communicate, we select investments with the objective of outperforming the market.

Our approach is return-driven and risk is monitored on a constant basis. This includes a continuous review of the portfolio in order to adapt it to market conditions through the high risk awareness each entrepreneur-shareholder has within their company.

The team manages different funds with this philosophy:

- emerging markets,
- european,
- and global market neutral funds.
